RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you will love your order, but if for any reason you don't, see below for help on what to do:

How long do I have to return an item?
Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order at email@example.com We will confirm the return by email and you will then have another 5 days to return the items at your own cost. Please see our special conditions relating to Made to Order items and sale items.
Who pays the cost for shipping returns?
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning an item to Future ECOsystems. Please contact us and we will confirm the address, depending on the product.
How much does it cost to return an item?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to know exact return costs before making your purchase or if you need help with courier services.
How must the item be shipped and in what condition?
The items need to be returned unused in their original packaging. We would suggest you use a trackable service and retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
On receipt of the goods, in their original condition, we will process the refund within 30 days using the same method you used for the original payment.
Can I return made to order items?
For Made to Order items, which are stated clearly in the product description your 5 days to cancel begins when you place the order with us, due to the item being specifically made for you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period has passed as your order will then already be in production and manufacturing costs will have been incurred.
Can I return Sale items?
Products in the sale (i.e. discounted from their original price) cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
We do our very best to ensure that your items arrive in good condition, but accidents do sometimes occur.
We ask that you inspect your items on delivery and inform the courier and ourselves should there be any visible damage. If the packaging is clearly damaged please open the goods in front of the courier to check them.

What do I do if my items are delivered damaged?
If the goods are damaged please inform the courier and take photos of the damage. Please note on the delivery slip the damage and refuse delivery of the items. Then please contact us immediately on 079 714 82 06 or email us at email@example.com and we will resolve this for you as a priority.
What if I don't notice the damage until after the delivery?
Please check your goods on arrival as we cannot be held responsible for damage in transit after 1 day of the delivery being made.
Should I contact Future ECOsystems before returning my item?
Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first or we will be unable to refund any return costs.
